( PROBLEM )

The Operational Bottleneck

The ecommerce experience needed a way to connect a custom product funnel and checkout journey with CRM automation so customer activity could trigger the appropriate follow-up without relying entirely on a native website-to-CRM checkout flow.

( SOLUTION )

System Architecture & Logic

I built a focused single-product ecommerce funnel and used webhook-based event routing to connect relevant checkout activity with GoHighLevel. Workflow logic separates completed purchases from incomplete checkout activity, allowing the system to trigger purchase confirmation, customer updates, abandoned checkout recovery, and post-purchase communication automatically.
